This busy market is a must-see for new and repeat travelers alike to the River City.

You’ll find the Historic Market Square located near San Antonio’s city center, a three-block outdoor plaza lined with shops, restaurants, and produce stands. Found on many Top 10 outdoor markets in America lists, it’s the largest Mexican market in the United States.

Here you’ll discover a true taste of old Mexico, with working artists, musicians, and dancers, as well as handcrafted works of art, authentic Talavera pottery, hand-embroidered dresses, and other exotic treasures.
